By using StreamIt ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service lets you select a portion of a publicly available online video and save that portion to your device. We do not host, store long-term, index or promote any video content. Processed files are deleted automatically, usually within one hour.
You may only use the Service for content that you own, that is licensed for reuse (for example under Creative Commons), or that you otherwise have the legal right to download and use. You are solely responsible for how you use any file you create, including compliance with copyright law and with the terms of the platform the video comes from.
If you believe the Service is being used to infringe your copyright, see the copyright section of our FAQ to contact us.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, slow, or stop working at any time, including because third-party platforms change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or of any file you create with it.
StreamIt is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
